Western papolones
Before we left Nafplio I got a picture of a fortification that required 999 steps up to it, only way in.
It's on the hill in the background.
I saw the most amazing thing here, two guys riding a motorbike, on the motorway, changed positions, rider to pillion and vice versa. Don't try this at home.
We are now on the western coast, by the Ionic sea (I think we call it the Adriatic sea.)
WE have now traveled inland past Kalamata who grow the very best olives, and on to Olympia where the Olympic flame lives. It was warm today, well over 25 degrees.
